- This 1974 DeTomaso Pantera is one of a reported 98 GTS examples produced for the North American market during the final year of the Ford and DeTomaso partnership, and it is said to have been refurbished and modified by Hatfield Restorations of Canton, Texas, prior to the seller’s 2023 acquisition. Power is provided by a replacement 351ci V8 fitted with a high-performance camshaft, MSD ignition, a Holley carburetor, and tubular headers, and the car rides on a coilover suspension and polished 17″ wheels fitted over four-wheel disc brakes. It is finished in black and silver with bolt-on fender flares and Pantera GTS side script, and further equipment includes a five-speed ZF manual transaxle, power-operated windows, and a Kenwood cassette stereo. This Pantera GTS is offered in Delaware with the removed factory engine, a set of Campagnolo wheels, and a clean Montana title in the name of the seller’s LLC. Polished 17″ wheels wear GTS center caps and are mounted with 225/45 front and 335/35 rear Michelin Pilot Sport tires. The car rides on a coilover suspension with front and rear sway bars and tubular rear control arms. Braking is provided by power-assisted four-wheel discs with finned calipers. The bucket seats are trimmed in black leather upholstery and joined by color-coordinated door panels and carpets. Further equipment includes power-operated windows, a Kenwood cassette stereo, a dogleg shifter, and three-point seatbelts. The replacement 351ci V8 is equipped with a Holley carburetor, a high-performance camshaft, a mid-rise intake manifold, MSD ignition components, tubular headers, and polished underhood components. The removed factory engine is included in the sale along with a set of Campagnolo wheels.
