- This 1971 DeTomaso Pantera underwent a repaint in red, an interior re-trim in beige leather, and installation of a replacement 351ci Ford Cleveland V8 and later-model ZF five-speed manual transaxle in addition to steering, suspension, and brake overhauls as part of a five-year build completed in 2013. The car rides on polished 17″ Campagnolo-style wheels coupled with Carrera adjustable coilovers and Wilwood brake calipers at all four corners. Inside, Recaro bucket seats are accompanied by a MOMO steering wheel, a gated shifter, and R134a-converted air conditioning. The engine is fitted with a Holley “dog bone” filter assembly and 670-CFM carburetor as well as an Edelbrock intake manifold, CHI Heads aluminum cylinder heads, and GTS headers flowing into Supertrapp mufflers. Acquired by the seller in 2019, this Pantera is now offered at no reserve with a Deluxe Marti report, an owner’s manual, refurbishment records, spare parts, a car cover, and a clean Oregon title in the seller’s name.
