Modifications: This 1973 DeTomaso Pantera was purchased used by the previous owner in 1974 from Super Car Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma and reportedly remained in his family for over 40 years. The seller is a Pantera enthusiast who discovered the car in 2015 sitting on blocks in the previous owner’s garage, where it had been stored for many years. After acquiring the car, he set about making it roadworthy once again and had the 351ci Cleveland V8 rebuilt to largely stock specifications, though a mild roller cam was added. The 5-speed manual transaxle and brake calipers were also rebuilt, and the Campagnolo wheels were refinished. A new clutch was also installed along with a new throwout bearing, tires, headliner, window gears, and more as outlined below. Now showing just over 20k miles, this Pantera is located in Irving, Texas and is being offered with a clean Texas title in the seller’s name.
