Modifications: This 1972 DeTomaso Pantera is a US-market example that was fitted with Group 5–style fiberglass bodywork and had its Ford Cleveland V8 bored and stroked to displace 397ci as part of a build completed in the mid-2000s. Chassis THPNMY04554 was subsequently acquired by a friend of the seller in 2006 before being passed to them in 2023. Finished in yellow with black Pantera graphics, the car rides on 17″ Hall Ultra wheels coupled with adjustable coilovers and Corvette-sourced disc brakes at all four corners. Inside, retrofitted bucket seats trimmed in black upholstery are accompanied by a Lecarra steering wheel and a gated shifter along with air conditioning and an aftermarket stereo. The engine is fitted with a Holley carburetor, a high-rise intake manifold, aluminum cylinder heads, and four-into-one exhaust headers, while shifting is through a five-speed ZF manual transaxle. This Pantera is now offered with a Deluxe Marti report, an owner’s manual, vehicle literature, service records, spare parts, and a clean Utah title in the seller’s name listing the car as a 1972 model.
