- This 1972 Pantera showed just 31,832 miles at the time of consignment, and has a rebuilt, matching-numbers 351 CI Cleveland V-8 engine that’s been built for durability and performance beyond what the factory provided. The block was jet cleaned, decked, bored and honed, fitted with new forged pistons, a Crane hydraulic roller camshaft and an aluminum intake manifold with a Holley carburetor. While the factory headers remain, an MSD ignition system with a billet distributor provides the spark. On the dyno, the engine showed an impressive 461 HP at 469 lb-ft of torque. A 4.22:1 limited-slip differential directs the power to the rear wheels from the mid-mounted engine via ZF 5-speed manual transmission.
