History
- Modifications
- This 1972 DeTomaso Pantera is a pre-L example with 27k miles from new. This example retains its original 351 Cleveland V8 and five-speed ZF transaxle. The car shows well inside and out, and has benefited from a sympathetic partial restoration by its previous owner including a repaint in a non-original color. The seller has recently installed a new Centerforce clutch and flywheel, and the ZF transmission was serviced with new gaskets and seals. The brake master cylinder, calipers, and fuel pump have also been recently replaced and the car is reported to be a fine driver on the road.
