- This 1972 DeTomaso Pantera is a pre-L example and one of 238 produced in February of 1972. Power is provided by a mid-mounted Cleveland V8, which is paired with a five-speed manual transaxle from ZF. The seller acquired the car out of Nebraska last year as part of trade for his 1965 Corvette coupe. He has since added 5k miles but finds that he is too tall to fit comfortably in the car, which is the reason for the sale. Notable work performed during the seller’s ownership included installation of a replacement fuel tank, along with an engine rebuild in late 2019 as outlined below. This Pantera is now being offered with a Deluxe Marti Report, spare parts, and a clean Arizona title in the seller’s name.
