Modifications: This 1972 Detomaso Pantera is a largely stock “pre-L” example with an indicated 35k miles and no major modifications other than larger wheels and small improvements made for reliability and comfort. Its original 351C V8 has recently been refurbished with new rings, bearings and valvetrain parts, while its 5-speed transaxle, cooling and air conditioning systems have also been refreshed as detailed below. The seller is an enthusiast and former mechanic who has serviced, owned and driven many Panteras and says this is one of the nicest stock examples he’s experienced. The car was purchased out of California by a friend of the seller and is now offered with a clean Oklahoma title.
