History notes: This 1971 DeTomaso Pantera was delivered new to Blue Grass Lincoln-Mercury in Louisville, Kentucky, and is said to have remained with its first owner in Indiana through 1996. It was subsequently exported to Finland, where it remained with its second owner through 2022 before being relocated to France and acquired by the selling dealer in 2023. Finished in green, the car wears a black hood and engine cover along with early-style chrome bumpers. Inside, the black vinyl–trimmed seats are accompanied by Veglia instrumentation, air conditioning, and a gated shifter. Power is supplied by a 351ci Ford Cleveland V8 paired with a five-speed ZF manual transaxle, and the car rides on 15″ multi-piece wheels. Work performed by the selling dealer has involved overhauling the brakes as well as installing an Edelbrock carburetor and an HEI electronic ignition, and adding an aluminum radiator with dual electric puller fans. This pre-L Pantera is now offered by the selling dealer in Torvilliers, France, with a Deluxe Marti report, an owner’s manual, service records, spare parts, and prior Finnish registration documents.
