This exquisitely handsome De Tomaso was registered in the U.S. on 22nd May, 1969 and has been lovingly cared for to a very high standard. The red coachwork is in splendid order, as is the black leather interior. Inside the cockpit, there is a delightful period feel to the instrumentation layout and switches. Upon starting the 4949cc, V8 engine, it is obviously apparent this car is special. Not only does the engine sound superb, the performance on our 'all too gentle' test drive, was impressive. Mated to a five-speed ZF gearbox, this is a car with outstanding styling and one you will never get bored of driving. Believed to be a two owner vehicle in the U.S. and supplied with the necessary importation documents and registered on UK number plates, with a V5 document, together with a very comprehensive log of everything the original owner ever had done to the car.
